Yoga Classes

Classes are open to all levels of experience. Each Kundalini class focuses on strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, working with pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring balance, stress reduction, and overall peace of mind. Each class provides an experience for students to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.

What to bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice.

Balance with Breath

How often do we forget to breathe deeply, especially when we are stressed, busy and reactive?  Connect to your breath, improve your physical health and calm your mind in this 5-week series.  Explore the dynamic yet simple science of Pranayama and kriya that elevate your emotional state, promote physical healing and spiritual well-being through the practice of Kundalini Yoga.
