Yoga Classes

Classes are open to all levels of experience. Each Kundalini class focuses on strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, working with pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring balance, stress reduction, and overall peace of mind. Each class provides an experience for students to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.

What to bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice.

Join Siri Hari Kaur (Theresa White) for a 8 week series, offering an experience to reset your body and mind to flow in the same rhythm.  Through breath work, postures and meditation stretch your mind and body.  Find a deep connection to the part of you that guides you to be calm when stressed, to act rather than react, to expand rather than contract, and to relax and enjoy restful sleep.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the endocrine system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for everybody -  for people who must cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

Kundalini Yoga for Intuition

This 5-week series focuses on expanding our intuition, the inner voice of our Soul.

Working on stimulating the Third Eye (6th chakra) deepens our intuition and gives us more sensitivity to our relationships, sense of purpose and our environment.  This inner voice guides us with subtlety, and it is up to us how actively we listen.  We need to create an inner peace and stillness to listen deeply and acknowledge the wisdom of this guidance.  When we don’t act on this guidance, our life becomes disrupted; we may become restless, discontented, angry or fearful because we refuse to act on our Truth and Purpose. 

Through pranayama, kriya, meditation and mantra, we will activate the pituitary and pineal glands, balance the endocrine system and strengthen the nervous system. With strength, resolve and sensitivity you can expand and act upon your intuitive wisdom.

All levels of experience welcome.

Join Siri Hari Kaur for a 3-hour workshop with Kundalini Yoga, focused on healing the body and mind. Experience
how Kundalini Yoga can help to release and manage stress, a common cause of addiction. Gain understanding in how to
minimize demoting habits and maximize promoting habits to manage stress and addictive behaviour.

Practice Kundalini Yoga kriyas, pranayama, and meditations to strengthen the nervous system and balance the endocrine (glands)
system to promote better self-regulation; learn specific tools and techniques to destress, learn ways to recognize deep seated
stress and emotions that often triggers addictive behaviour.
