Yoga Classes

Classes are open to all levels of experience. Each Kundalini class focuses on strengthening the nervous system and glandular system, working with pranayama (breathing techniques) to bring balance, stress reduction, and overall peace of mind. Each class provides an experience for students to gain a deeper experience of themselves and their yoga practice.

What to bring

Wear comfortable, loose clothing, preferably of natural fibre. Bring a water bottle, a yoga mat and/or sheepskin, something to cover yourself during deep relaxation.

Avoid eating just before coming to a yoga class. Ideally eat 2 to 2.5 hours before, so your body has time to digest the food before your practice.

Join Siri Hari Kaur (Theresa White) for a 8 week series, offering an experience to reset your body and mind to flow in the same rhythm.  Through breath work, postures and meditation stretch your mind and body.  Find a deep connection to the part of you that guides you to be calm when stressed, to act rather than react, to expand rather than contract, and to relax and enjoy restful sleep.

In Kundalini Yoga we harness the mental, physical, and nervous energies of the body and put them under the domain of the will, which is the instrument of the soul. This technology precisely and consciously combines breath, mudra, eye-focus, mantra, body locks, and postures to balance the endocrine system, strengthen the nervous system, expand lung capacity, and purify the blood. It brings balance to the body, mind, and soul.

Kundalini Yoga is a yoga for everybody -  for people who must cope with the daily challenges and stresses of holding jobs, raising families, and managing businesses. It is a path for everyone who wants the skills to cope successfully with the challenges of our times.

As we return to the busyness of schedules and routines in the Fall, we often experience more stress and illness, and our immune systems are compromised and challenged.

Join Siri Hari Kaur on this journey in exploring how to balance stress, and find harmony in your life through powerful kriyas and meditations. Stress affects so many aspects of our lives:  relationships, communication, and habits that often show up in unconscious action and behaviour. We will take a closer look at how stress can be managed and be ‘healthy’ when approached with conscious action, rather than reaction.  This series builds on awakening your inner vitality, strength and stamina so you can maintain a healthy body, and emotionally balanced mind each day.

These classes are for anyone wishing to bring positive change into their life!

Kundalini Yoga Workshops

2-part Beyond Addiction Workshop: Building Resilience and Healing Trauma

Join Siri Hari Kaur for a 2-part workshop with Kundalini Yoga, focused on healing the body and mind. The workshops provide an introduction to the Beyond Addiction Program and discuss how Kundalini Yoga can help to resolve trauma and addiction. You will experience Kundalini Yoga exercise sets, pranayams, and meditations to heal and calm the nervous system leading to better self-regulation; learn specific techniques to help decrease cravings; learn ways to befriend your body and diffuse painful sensations or memories; become familiar with simple methods to engage with the present moment; and recognize your spiritual identity.  

Attendance at both workshops is required.
