Module Schedule (Pre-Cohort Requirements)

The following four modules must be completed before the in-person cohort weekends begin in September 2025.

The Chakras – Saturday, March 8 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Ten Bodies & Tantric Numerology – Saturday, April 5 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Body Alignment & Emotions (Movement & Biomechanics) – Saturday, May 3 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM
The Power of Breath – Saturday, June 7 | 9:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Attendance Options for Modules

✔ Attend live (in-person or virtually)
✔ Self-paced option – Access the recorded workshop & complete assignments
✔ Cost: $120 per workshop (included in full tuition; must be paid before attendance or online access)

Cohort Schedule
The first three weekends are three-day immersive sessions requiring in person attendance. The schedule blends an in-person, hybrid, and online-only format.
Attendance: It is strongly encouraged to attend all weekends to deepen learning and integration.
Absences: A maximum of 3 days may be missed during this program.
